Oradour-Sur-glane

In 1944, the french village Oradour-sur-Glane was a simple rural community in central France, but was tragically left in ruins after German troops massacred 642 men, women and children before burning the village to the ground. Today, the village serves a reminder of the atrocities that many civilian populations faced during WWII.
